A little back story about me: I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, moved to foggy London town with my hubby for 3 years, and now we are currently residing in Austin, Texas. Making people feel comfortable, happy, and have that “at home” feeling is something I have always been passionate about, which is why I was a Hospitality major in college. After a few years of my cheeks hurting from my fake smile, I decided it wasn’t for me. Yes, taking care of people has always been my passion, but taking care of people who WANT it and are HUNGRY for bettering themselves is what I craved.
One NASM certification and one NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist certification later, here I am! My motivation is helping YOU adopt a healthy lifestyle, motivate you to achieve your own full fitness potential, and enhance your confidence and feel good factor.
I’m no chef, my muscles are not perfectly sculpted, and I don’t eat clean 100% of the time. I don’t believe in diets, quick fixes, or detoxes. I do believe in pizza on Sundays, substantial amounts of coffee, and some chilled bubbly, no matter what time of day it is. If I’m not in the gym, you can find me taking a snuggly nap with my new rescue dog, Bowie. I’m human. Let’s be humans together.
