Designed with total body strength in mind, we created Baby Steps Prenatal Fitness with the goal of keeping you pain-free and active while strengthening and supporting your growing belly without stressing your pelvic floor.
This program is meant to be modified to fit your needs, fitness goals, growing belly, and fluctuating energy levels. We’ve created 6 weeks of movements and progressions, meant to be cycled through two times throughout each trimester.
