Hi, I’m Courtney!
I'm a Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist living in Austin, TX with my husband, our baby Stevie, and our mutt, Bowie.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2013 and have helped transform the health and mentality of my clients by educating them with safe and effective exercises and healthy habits. After working with predominantly women, I continued my education to get certified in Prenatal and Postpartum fitness, and have never looked back! It is my purpose and passion to educate on the incredible transformation bodies go through during this season of life.
My mission is to help you improve both your health and mentality to reach your goals in a simple, safe and effective way. I am here to challenge and show you what your body is capable of.

In terms of my philosophy, I truly believe in the beauty of balance. Sounds cliche, I know- but I promise you will never find me restricting or counting calories, doing a 21 day challenge or beating myself up over eating unhealthy. (those days are long gone!) And I will NEVER tell you to do take things you love out of your life.
My goal is to show you what your body CAN do, not necessarily focusing on what it looks like. Not only your body, but your life, completely transforms when you have a baby and you get to become the strongest, most incredible version of yourself. You become a superwoman, mama! Taking care of YOU is essential. Together, we can improve both your mentality AND your health.
