Hi, I’m Courtney!

I am a certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness. My mission is to create safe, simple and effective exercise programs for moms-to-be, moms in the postpartum period and beyond. My programs will not make you “bounce back” - a term I actually do not agree with. While working with me, you will regain strength, stamina and control of your body. I personally don’t have extra time chasing my toddler and running my business, so I create movements and workouts that last no longer than 40 minutes for the busy mom who does it all!
