Pregnancy Planks: The Debate


I hear this a lot in the Prenatal Fitness Industry: DO NOT PLANK. For me, personally, this just adds to the list of things everyone says to you to give you pregnancy anxiety. Pregnancy is not a ONE SIZE FITS ALL. We are all different. I believe if you are properly connecting your core, breath and pelvic floor, there is no coning in the abdomen and it feels good, plank it out mama. 💪🏼 #29weeks ⁣
