Woa woa woa February just popped right into 2016 in the blink of an eye! Have you revisited your New Years Resolution fitness goals? Are you sticking with your plan of attack?? If not, it's okay. We're human, it happens. But before February turns into March, and March into April, let's figure out how we can get back on track! Out of my personal fitness journey experience, and watching others in their fitness journey, I think the biggest help to making sure you are on track is having FIT FRIENDS! Working out with a friend or a group reaps in many benefits. Having a Fit Friend will keep you motivated, you'll end up working harder, you'll try new workout classes together, and you can bounce healthy meal ideas off of each other. I'm sure you don't like letting people down, so having a friend will keep you in check! Oh, too tired because it's 6:00am? Well guess what, your friend is tired too! Don't let them down by hitting the snooze button.
There are so many days where I struggle to get motivated for a workout, and all I need is one person to say they will workout with me, then it's game over! My workout speeds by, we do new exercises together, and I am pushing harder because we are pushing each other. We're going through the same pain, so there are no excuses! Round up your Fit Friends for a class! Your fitness goals for 2016 will just become part of your life by summer!
