Hi! I'm Courtney, and welcome to my fitness and lifestyle blog. My #bloggoals are to educate you on something I think we all struggle with-  balancing a HEALTHY and FUN life! Yes, a solid, lean six pack sounds cool, but have you tried pizza? 

We are our own worst critic. We have way too many forms of media to compare our body's to others. We for some reason think we need to be a certain size or weigh a certain number. I used to think this way too. It's a vicious cycle.

But then I started learning about the human body and got educated through NASM to be a Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist. Now, I focus on what my body CAN do and not what it looks like. I can run, walk, lift, jump, push, pull, rest and breathe. With that change of mentality, I have never been happier.

My motivation is helping YOU adopt a healthy lifestyle, motivate you to achieve your own full fitness potential and enhance your confidence and feel good factor.

I love all forms of exercise and all forms of wine. I don't discriminate. I don't believe in diets, quick fixes or 21 day challenges. I do believe in weekend pizza, substantial amounts of coffee and 20 minute naps. 

I'm human. Let's be humans together.
